A Home That Breathes Light and Movement. Some homes don’t just stand still—they breathe, evolve, and tell a story through the way they embrace light and space. Aanandam, a thoughtfully designed residence in Electronic City, Bangalore, is one such place. Designed by Ar. Lavannya Goradia and executed by Yatharth Developers, this home belongs to Radha, an electronics engineer whose love for dance and farming is reflected in every corner of the space. At the heart of Aanandam is its most striking feature—a grand skylight, sculpted in the form of a dancer’s movement. This architectural centerpiece isn’t just about aesthetics; it orchestrates the flow of natural light throughout the home, creating a dynamic interplay of brightness and shadow. As a photographer, capturing this ever-changing relationship between light and form was a rewarding challenge. Each frame revealed new perspectives—soft morning glows, sharp afternoon contrasts, and golden-hour warmth—making the house feel alive in its own rhythm. Photographing Aanandam wasn’t just about documenting a structure; it was about capturing an experience—one where sustainability, artistry, and light come together in perfect harmony.
